4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, blueprints, and architectural designs provided by Vishtriq Technologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vishtriq Technologies unless otherwise stated in a sovereign tech transfer agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vishtriq Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
